Our client was charged in Federal court as being part of a scheme to steal personally identifying information (“PII”), money, and electronic equipment from a local university bookstore.  After a week in jury trial, our client was acquitted of all charges.  The other two defendants on trial were convicted.  The identity of our client and the case number is not listed to protect his/her confidentiality and privacy.
