Joe Bodiford is WCTV’s legal analyst for the Markel murder trial
Markel Murder Trial
The Markel Murder Trial is underway. Tallahassee Criminal defense attorney Joe Bodiford will be the legal analyst for WCTV in Tallahassee. Joe will be on WCTV every day at 4:30pm, providing commentary and analysis of the day’s courtroom events.
Today, Joe discussed the “closed door” jury selection process, how hard it will be to find jurors that can serve for three or four weeks for the Markel Murder Trial, whether it will be be possible to get a jury selected this week, and what the prosecution and defense are looking for in the potential jurors.
